From the problem to a solution that ships

Two internships and a business I started. In each one I built things, solved problems, and stayed close to the people the work was for.

Solutions Engineer Intern

SnapSOP

May 2025 – Present
  • Studied how each customer ran on paper, then designed software solutions that fit their actual workflow rather than forcing them to change everything at once.
  • Rebuilt the bug-tracking system and sorted 40+ issues by type, priority, and owner so the team could finally see what mattered. Fixed customer-facing UI problems directly in HTML and CSS.
  • Walked business owners through moving from paper processes to digital SOP systems, and showed them in plain terms what it would save.
  • Ran 13 product demos for manufacturing businesses across Colorado, turning technical features into clear value for owners, operations managers, and executives.
  • Led discovery conversations with 24 prospective customers to find where their operations hurt and what they really needed.
  • Presented at COMP 2025, a regional manufacturing conference, in front of hundreds of attendees and answered technical questions on the spot. Invited back to represent SnapSOP at Colorado Fusion Week (July 2026) and the October 2026 conference.

Full-Stack Developer Intern

Why Not Go Pro

May 2024 – Aug 2024
  • Independently designed and built a working score-tracking demo for the client to evaluate: a Go + PostgreSQL JSON API that pulled in the client's API to show live data from 6 Dr. Dish basketball machines.
  • Architected the backend storage layer and built the real-time leaderboard and ranking logic, ranking shooters by points and shooting percentage, backed by unit tests and a SQL leaderboard view.
  • As the only developer, I delivered the prototype and handed off the full codebase, walking the client through the backend logic, the API integration, and the interface so they could run and extend it.
